BRABO Tasting Room blends the Continental with the colonial in a 150-year-old building adjacent to BRABO restaurant in Old Town Alexandria’s Lorien Hotel. Crafted by Executive Chef Sebastien Rondier, our menu of sociable café fare takes its cues from traditional Belgian cuisine and the seasonal bounty of the mid-Atlantic region.
Our regulars and guests love Chef’s signature mussels, charcuterie, artisanal cheese platters and savory tarts (flatbreads) wood-fired in our brick oven. Grab a seat in our outdoor patio or at our handcrafted 6-seat zinc bar with adjacent community table, revitalized by renowned designer Vincente Wolf, to sample your way through the menu accompanied with either half or whole glasses of wine or beers from Belgium and beyond.
