Authentic French Fare, Local Inspiration

Brabo's Brasserie menus pay homage to the rich flavors and iconic dishes of Chef Sebastien’s native France and showcases his passion for the fresh, seasonal ingredients he sources from the community of local Virginia growers and purveyors with whom he has built lasting partnerships. Happy Hour, Dinner and Sunday Brunch all offer the chance to indulge in unpretentious yet beautiful offerings, from several different preparations of Blue Bay Mussels, to Steak Frites and Duck Leg a L’Orange, to Brioche French Toast. Bon appetit!

Our beverage menu emphasizes wines, beers and cocktails with a nod to France, including our chartreuse program and several variations of the French 75 (in our humble opinion, the perfect complement to brunch food).

Birthday/Celebration Cakes or Chef's Signature Baked Alaska

Chef Sebastien would be delighted to help you celebrate your special occasion visit to us by making you his signature birthday cake: Brabo Confetti Cake, with vanilla cake and vanilla buttercream, or his seasonal Baked Alaska with tableside flambé! Brabo Bar Grazing Table for 6+ People ($200)

Enjoy a large cheese & charcuterie selection, Crostini of the Day, classic Mussels Marinierre, Mussels Côte Basque Espellete, french fries, sauces & condiments and a bottle of house Champagne. Don’t feel like cooking? Chef Sebastien has you covered!

Traditional Roast ‘Kelly’s 12lb Turkey (serves 8-10) $300
We are proudly preparing Kelly’s turkey, brined for 24 hours and roasted with garlic & herbs. Served with mashed fingerlings, green beans almondine, baked sweet potato, old fashioned stuffing, cranberry and red port jam, rosemary gravy.

Rohan ‘ la belle farm’ Duck a l’orange. 6lb Duck. (serves 2-4) $120
The quality of this duck is perfect for the preparation we offering, it is our signature dish at the restaurant for 2 years now, prepared a l’orange 2 ways, roasted breasts and braised legs, with grilled endives, radishes and a tangy & citrusy orange sauce, a great way to try a classic at home.

A Chef note will be included with all instructions to reheat your ducks, Turkey and sides (don’t worry it’s all very easy). Last day for pre-orders is Wednesday, November 20 for turkeys and Monday, November 25 for ducks.
