Brabo's Brasserie menus pay homage to the rich flavors and iconic dishes of Chef Sebastien’s native France and showcases his passion for the fresh, seasonal ingredients he sources from the community of local Virginia growers and purveyors with whom he has built lasting partnerships. Bon appetit! Our beverage menu emphasizes wines, beers and cocktails with a nod to France, including our chartreuse program and several variations of the French 75 (in our humble opinion, the perfect complement to brunch food). Bon appetit!
